A self-confessed perfectionist, Gill has been on a journey to discover that movement, like everything else, does not have to be perfect.

A Bit About Gill

Gill is a Dublin based Pilates instructor who has always had a keen interest in health and wellbeing. After starting Pilates over 10 years ago, she quickly discovered how consistent practice benefited both her physical and mental health and became passionate about sharing this discovery with others.

After leaving her job in Pharmacy of more than 12 years, Gill qualified as a Comprehensive Pilates Practitioner with Polestar Pilates UK and has been teaching Mat, Reformer and other equipment based Pilates for over 4 years. She has since completed Pre and Postnatal Pregnancy and Beyond Pilates training with BASI Pilates UK.

A self-confessed perfectionist, Gill has been on a journey to discover that movement, like everything else, does not have to be perfect. Instead, her attention to detail and focus on quality of movement allows her clients to find their own optimal alignment and a balance between strength and stability. With regular practice, Gill’s clients continue to move pain and injury free in every aspect of their day-to-day life.
